So many important dates are coming up in the next few days. Happy anniversary to us! It’s amazing that we met when we were 18 and 19 years old and have gone through so much together already. We experienced college together, started our careers, got engaged and married, bought a house and a car, remodeled our house, and now are the parents of a beautiful baby girl. Even with all we’ve been through, I still feel like it was just yesterday that we met at the bonfires at Avila Beach. I’m so lucky to be going through life with my best friend and love of my life and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!

Cheers to finding your other half. I know I have and I am thankful every day for this beautiful gift called love.

Coming Together

I just realized we haven’t updated you on our formal living room! The room is quite a bit different than the last time we posted about it.

Here’s what’s changed:

  1. Painted & retextured the room
  2. Bought a coffee table, area rug, side table, and little tree
  3. Hung blinds
  4. Finally hung our beautiful painting!

We love how everything has come together! It really feels like a cozy little room now. We love it.

I still need to take a photo of the room with blinds… I’ll get around to it soon enough. 😉

I have been super busy lately at work which has shown in the frequency of my blog posts. Not to worry, I’m having a ton of fun and soon enough, I’ll have more time to update you on the changes that have happened in our house lately.

I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend! In 2 weeks and 2 days it will be our 1-year wedding anniversary!! We are soo excited to celebrate and can’t believe how fast time flies.
